High Pressure Solventless Mask Washers are an environmentally safe and effective method of cleaning contaminated masking. In a day and age when concern for our surroundings is of utmost importance, there is still a need to efficiently clean paint tooling. Our washers accomplish this task in an eco-friendly fashion and still help our customers remain competitive in a global marketplace. Using an aqueous based solution to coat the masks with a barriercoat prior to usage, these washers can clean a mask in as little as 3 minutes. Paint is collected in strainer baskets for easy disposal. Electric, steam, natural gas or propane can be used to heat the water based solution to temp and a large horse power motor provides the necessary pressure to effectively remove paint and re-coat tooling.
